Shipping Policy
US Orders: Orders ship within 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed. I do my best to mail as expeditiously as possible. All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. If you require additional services such as Priority Mail or Express Mail, please contact me prior to checking out to make arrangements and learn of any additional postal costs. I will email you a confirmation of shipping along with your tracking number. If your package does not arrive, please contact your post office with your tracking number for assistance. Unless Insurance is purchased, replacements or refunds will not be made once USPS has accepted the package.

International Orders*: I am happy to arrange for international shipping but require you to contact me BEFORE checking out. All International Orders are shipped via International First Class Shipping and will ship with Insurance. International orders may be subject to additional custom fees and taxes. You, the buyer, are responsible for any and all additional charges. Packages will NOT be marked as a gifts. Items are shipped within 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed. *Please make note, it may take up to 40 days to receive international orders depending on your location. As with Domestic orders, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured. Once they are dropped off at the Post Office I am no longer responsible for the package and processing.
IF YOUR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED WITHING 40 DAYS, PLEASE CONTACT US SO THAT WE CAN FALE A CLAIM WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE AND ISSUE YOU A REFUND. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE 40 DAY MARK AFTER A LOSS CLAIM HAS BEEN FILED.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me immediately so we may resolve the matter. My goal is to make sure my customers are happy with their purchases from FastHound Creations.
I will gladly accept exchanges. If you are not pleased with your purchase and decide to exchange an item, contact me within 5 days of delivery. Ship item(s) back to me within 7 days of delivery and I will apply your purchase towards a new item(s) of your choosing (of equal or greater value) You will be responsible for all shipping charges and any difference in costs for new items of greater expense.

I do not accept returns unless the item has a defect in which case I will gladly repair or replace the item. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.... I want you to enjoy and be pleased with your purchase!
